Customs trouble with 2 blackberries?

I wouldnt worry about the 2 blackberry's.

However something is going on at customs, as i came back in last sunday from santiago, and they scanned everones bags.. I have never had my bags scanned before when entering argentina - thats maybe 15 times in 5 years, i was just waved through while others passengers with suitcases were scanned.. mostly i think that was because i usually only have a backpack and my carry on backpack..

I just arrived at EZE and declared two phones. The customs lady was texting someone when I gave her my form and she didn't even look at it. She didn't even look at the x-rays of our 8 bags!! We had all sorts of crap and I was admittedly a little worried. But it all worked out. Our flight was from Mexico City.

I'm so curious - every single time I've entered Argentina, I've had my bags xrayed. Everyone has on the flights. I didn't know people got waved through.

I routinely travel with 2 to 3 cellphones, 2 laptops, ipods, kindle, cameras, etc, etc. Never been questioned at all and never handed in the form declaring as I've never been asked.

UPDATE: I flew out of Argentina from Córdoba on October 31 leaving behind one Blackberry. I had no problems whatsoever : no controls, no customs duties.
I guess I'm paranoid......
