Months after I purchased an item that is shipped from Malaysia, I received a notification that it had arrived. As instructed, I went on the Correo Argentino website and made an appointment to pick it up at the location at Av. Antardida 100 in Retiro. I presented my passport and my DNI card. The clerk told me that I had entered my passport number on the Correo website, and because I actually have a DNI, I would have to go back and make a new appointment using the DNI. After almost an hour of this mess, I tried to do that, and the website doesn't allow me to change the ID number. Then I got home and found a letter telling me to go to the Correo Argentino website and make a payment, and the item will be delivered to my home. But there is no way on the website to make a payment! I'm not fluent in Spanish. If i were, I would demand to speak to a Correo Argentino executive and ask that this be explained and resolved. Any suggestions?

Create new account on correo argentino with DNI and see if it lets you add that same package to new account and let you pay online.
