Deed for property

Looking for some insights from anyone who's bought property in the last few years: How long did it take for your Escribano to receive the deed and send it to you after the purchase?

I had to fetch it in Avellaneda 7 months after I paid for the property. The whole deal was expensive, and full of anguish.

Howdy Florida,

I purchased a property in October of last year. Was told by the Escribano to wait 7 months and we were given a temporary deed to transfer the utilities in our name in the meantime. I suppose I'll follow up in the coming month or so, but it's hasn't really crossed my mind much.

2 1/2 months in CABA a long time ago. I understand that the delay depends on the Registro de la Propiedad Inmueble to register the property.
