Delivery Tips

Well, at most of the places I eat at we are charged a table fee and yet we still tip the waiter.

Is there any difference.

I usually subtract the table fee from what I was going to tip. If I pay a delivery fee for pizza, I don't tip. If its free delivery I tip.

When the grocery store charges between 7 and 10 pesos who actually receives the money?

I have never tipped one of these guys more than 4 pesos but i live on a ground floor

I give them 2 pesos. 2 pesos I tip for any delivery really. Restaurant tips I usually do 10%
