dell service in argentina

Bought a dell computer, brought it into the country, and there's a problem with a component which dell admits they misrepresented in capacity to me. Is there a dell service center in Argentina that will come and fix this (take the old one out, put a new one in) or do I have to pay up the nose for the new one and then find someone reliable to install it for me? It's a video card issue, by the way.

If they're willing to send me a new part, would that get to my apartment or get stuck at the airport, or how would that work?

I have next day service with my dell. They came to my house and fixed the problem straight away at no cost.

if you aren't getting what you want keep on at them and ask to speak to a supervisor. once you are escalated up the chain of command they will go out of their way to sort your problem.

The official Dell service center is located microcentro on Bouchard 468 first floor, apt B. 0800-444-0418. They can send someone to your house but they'll charge up the nose for it. I always take my computer to them.

Do they have parts on hand? For example, if my video card was made by AMD Radeon but sold by Dell to me...? Or do I have to bring that to them?

Also, do we think they'll be open (tomorrow) on a holiday?
