Congrats to Dr Telo for coming on here to address the issue personally. That is rare customer service in Argentina. As TheBlackHand said, every business will have problems and complaints. It is a matter of how those issues are dealt with.

I have been to Dr. Telo and his sister. I had no problems with their work, but after a few visits, the prices seem to rise sharply, plus his quotes for work were in dollars. You can do better! I have a reasonable dentist now and very happy.
