You're right Ceviche. I realize that my personal singular experience is not necessarily indicative of the quality of care in Argentina and that there is a chance that the same thing might have happened in Canada.

p.s. I think that my canadian dentist had even said that it had been well done ( prior to the infection of course )

I arrived three weeks ago and one of my fillings has fallen out. is there an emergency dental hospital? or emergency dentist? what would you recommend?
