Denuncia Against A Phone Repair...+ No Factura

Hi All,

I am instigating a denuncia for a bad cell phone repair, it turns out the receipt they gave is not a Factura so the Consumido de defensor asked me to go to AFIP to add it to the denuncia.

I was not registered with AFIP,
Has anybody had a similar experience and what happened?
