its available starting now and if you know anyone, who might be looking for a place, please feel free to spread the news. honestly, nothing bad is to say about it and I always felt good there. the landlady as nice and caring and every time I had a problem, she sent over a guy to fix it. the neighbours are nice, its calm and even tough you are in town, you are quite in touch with nature (its overlooking the zoo from the 12th floor).
