Dermaplaning, facials?

Hi
does anyone know a place for dermplaning? It is a facial treatment to remove hair and the dead skin. Really great results if done right. I would get these with a facial with extractions. Does anyone know where you can get a good facial like this?

If not, does anyone have a good threading recommendation?
