I am also not receiving text messages from London or South Africa!!

I am with movistar, and I can not send or receive text messages from Belgium : there is no 'agreement' between belgium and Argentina. Maybe it is the same situation with UK and SOuth Africa?

I use 011-54-911-0000-0000, and that always works.
