Some people told me it's true in CABA, I'm in Monte Grande and have traveled now to 5 or 6 provinces, it's been the complete opposite. True in CABA? If so any good spots? Before moving here the only time I ever paid cash was at crowded bars and tipping people. It would be nice to rack up points again.

Only Argentina issued credit cards to get those promotions. The banks continue to fight for that business. Vs cash and free bank transfers....which I now see is the same thing the many comments to his post explained
