DNA dog poop tracking

It's just too bad in a beautiful city, the majority of people are looking down when they should be admiring the stores and architecture. Certainly not helping walk in business for retail shop owners.

But the whole dog issue in BA goes way further than dog poop. I love dogs, but I've never seen anything like how out of control so many here are. We are talking little to no training.

We recently rented a nice house in a nice Hollywood neighborhood where everyone had yards and dogs. Each dog in it's yard barked uncontrollably when any other dog walked by. Not people, just dogs. This was one per minute on average. This went on from early morning to late at night. These dogs owned the neighborhood. At first we found it funny, later just crazy.

Sorry. Shit all over the sidewalks is disgusting. Not to mention incredibly inconsiderate. Sure one can learn to live with anything, but why should we? It's a beautiful city, do we really need to decorate it with feces?

Not to mention that avoidance talents are much more developed among adults than children. My kids are careful, but they are kids!

All you BA peeps have no idea... Here in Corrientes, its not just the dogs. There are the completely freaky homeless mental jobs defecating all over the place and they produce some of most intense horrific odors I have experienced in my life. Especially when they congregate for a hard night of drinking then pass out together in piles of human insanity and defecation.

Then we have these horses that crap all over the place too. On the side walks, the streets and the parks. The local card board and glass collectors.. typically the poorest families use horses and carts instead of cars.. that amounts to horse crap and piss all over the place.

All the while one expat on the look out for crap, puddles and piles of defecated homeless mental jobs all day every day.

Sometimes I just get completely disgusted and weirded out, because I can not for the life of me understand why these people tolerate this shit. But they do... then I think, its not tolerance, they just do not give a shit.
