Do Argentines Consume Insufficient Chocolate?

Interesting. Is there a graph to indicate the correlation between dulce de leche consumption and erratic irrational behavior?
 
If you look at the picture, it appears that there is also a correlation between the closer the country is to Sweden, the more nobel laureates. In fact, I think the graph is invalid, since the chocolate consumption per capita in Belgium (the biggest chocolate producer, or 2nd biggest chocolate producer after the US depending on what you call chocolate) is one of the highest in the world.
