They haven't changed in a while, but it's a year by year decision if I recall correctly, and also the provinces can each decide on their own I believe. Since it's springing forward though, you wouldn't risk being late, just early!
 
If there's a time change (got always confused by them), does that mean that Argentines might finally show up on time for appointments or even be more late?
