That's a chicken kidney one of their teenage staff decided not to take apart from the rest of the chicken carcass whilst making the KFC chicken.

I have a mate who worked there who quit after one day as he didn't like taking the chicken parts and dipping them into the sauces etc.

I'd still eat there occasionally but i've never been a regular.
