Doctor Consult fee. Pollution and breathing.

I'm coming to BA for a cople of months starting end Nov. In case I need one, I'd like to know the price of a consult fee and a prescription? Inhalers and Advair.

I'd also like to know where anyone with breathing difficulties goes for treatment - prednisone etc.
