Just walk down Vicente Lopez in Recoleta where they hand out fliers inviting you to the local pubs and bars that are actually prostibulos in the area and get some first hand experience.

If the foreign men are here for a week perhaps are hard to find, you will not know upon arrival of their intentions, Suggest you hang around the Sheraton Retiro Lobby and follow the new arrivals . Argentina is not really a sex-tourism destination (statistically, there are of course tourists coming here for that, but nothing like Thailand for instance)
