Documents From Usa Needed For Arg Residency Process

I am looking to start my residency process in Argentina when I return from the US this week. I am wondering what kind of documents and legalizations I need to make while I have here in the US that I cannot do from BA.

I am married to an Argentine citizen and I have always been nothing but a tourist in BA.

Here is what I currently have:

- FBI Background check
- Birth certificate
- Passport
- Argentine marriage licence (married here in BA)

None of this stuff is apostiled or notarized here in the US or anywhere else yet. What do I need to bring with me from the US that I cannot get in BA?

Click on the sprocket next to the magnifying glass and enter the words "marriage" and "residency" in an advanced search (in titles only).

Then enter "FBI report" in another search.

All of the information you need is there.

You do not need the birth certificate.

You will need to redo your FBI report since you will have been back to the US since it was issued (if I read correctly and you have it already).
