Does Anyone Have A Stud Finder They Would Lend To Me?

This is not an item that would be widely popular due to the type of construction here, a cable detector is sufficient for most. Probably why you get the blank stare from those people at the hardware store... they have no clue, and from one end of the city to the other, even if they had a clue, you would come across a dozen different names for the same thing.
Try to find a simple clamp... it's like talking to a brick.

PS: of all the tools I have; sorry, but that is not one of them.
