Dollar "puree" No More???

Many folks who have traveled to New York over the years have been amazed by its transformation from a crime ridden cesspool to a Disney style playground. This has universally been attributed to the "Zero Tolerance" policing that enforces laws for even petty and non-violent crimes (e.g. illegal currency exchange).

In 1982, conservatives James Q. Wilson and George L. Kelling formulated their theory in the article Broken Windows,[sup][9][/sup] published in The Atlantic Monthly, a U.S. cultural magazine.
The title of the article comes from the following example:

Consider a building with a few broken windows. If the windows are not repaired, the tendency is for vandals to break a few more windows. Eventually, they may even break into the building, and if it's unoccupied, perhaps become squatters or light fires inside.
Or consider a sidewalk. Some litter accumulates. Soon, more litter accumulates. Eventually, people even start leaving bags of trash from take-out restaurants.

This is why we must stringently enforce the laws against illegal currency transactions in the illegal Blu Dolar Black Market.
If you fragrantly flout these laws then rape and murder are soon to follow.
Illegal currency exchanges are just as bad as illicit fluid exchanges.

Don't worry, Joe. You can always sell me all your dollars at the official rate and have a clean conscience, knowing that you're doing the right thing and lowering the rape and murder rate here in Buenos Aires. (But don't blame me if you're raped or murdered anyway.)

The photo on the left is just foul and obscene. Thank God for Saint Giuliani who remove that filth from the streets of our great land.

Are you referring to the Money Exchange, which is truly awful and shocking mate?

Where are you now Linda Lovelace...? Guess today the movie DT wouldn't be a Box Office success, its common change...sort of like the movie Free Wilie,,,

The new censorship law should be expanded to include all discussions of the Blu Dolar. This would help reduce these nefarious transactions.
