Dollar situation in Bolivia

Anyone have a good insight on the dollar situation in Bolivia? It's well known it's almost impossible to change large amounts of dollars from boliviano, or even withdraw dollars from USD account.

I don't really understand why the dollar value in parallel market hasn't shot up like in Argentina. And how the foreign businesses are coping with.
Is there speculation this is just temporary or just bolivians don't care.

This is probably not a place to ask about Bolivia, but there is few hands on information from expats, so I thought it's worth asking. Thanks in advance.

Bolivia has a crawling peg to the U.S. dollar. Their monetary policy quite different than Argentina’s. It’s understandable that their FX market to not have the same trends as Argentina
