Dollars For Euros. Win Win

I am going to Cuba in a few weeks and understand that they like euros better than dollars. The money changers here like dollars better than euros. Does anyone have euros to change for dollars? Please pm me. Thanks.

Try exchanging dollars for Euros at a cueva.

I believe there is a 10% surcharge for dollars that is not on euros.
