Emergency: how reliable is FedEx Argentina?

Just buy a new one. Chile and Paraguay are your best options in the region. Brazil and Uruguay are just as restrictive as Argentina
 
I have a FedEx related question.. I sent off some documents via a 3rd party on Wednesday, and the tracking number online is still saying nothing has happened 5 days later.. does anyone know if this is normal?
