You are right, that's the name: de Vigilia. They have great ones in San Isidro, too, at the Confiteria La Argentina. If you ever come this way, it's worth a visit. It's been in business for over a hundred years, and still has the original Art Nouveau carved oak counters. Otamendi 384, in downtown San Isidro.
Strange - of all the people I know in Recoleta, you are the only one who doesn't like them. Must be particularly hard to please. Luckily, you like La Biela....!
