Exceptions to the two year requirement for continuous/uninterrupted physical presence in Argentina to obtain citizenship

For the past two days I have been wondering how it would be possible for anyone, even if represented by an attorney, to get any exceptions to the two year continuous/uninterrupted physical presence requirement for citizenship unless it is going to be possible to apply at migraciones for citizenship before actually having already met this requirement.

Based on previous posts by Bajo_cero2, this is something that has been (and may still be) possible when applying for citizenship through the judicial system, but I doubt that, going forward, migraciones will accept any applicants for citizenship who do not already meet the two year continuous/uninterrupted physical presence requirement.

Citizenship in Argentina is granted by the judiciary, not by Migraciones.
Migraciones may provide relevant documents (e.g., proof of residency), but they don't approve or deny citizenship.

DNU 366/2025 says now you apply at DNM, but it is possible to challenge it like it was the DNU 70/2017.
