Does anybody know if you can leave and comeback to Argentina while you are on your first temporary residency visa? If yes, what is the time limit you can spend out of country?

Yes, as often and as many times as you can afford.

If yes, what is the time limit you can spend out of country?

182 days out of 365 days, but first be sure to know when the clock started ticking: the day you were granted the precaria or the day the temporary residency wss granted.

I think the DNI will be issued and sent as soon as the temporary residency is approved and does not require a separate application.
