Can anyone recommend a place to get eyebrows waxed or threaded preferably in the Belgrano, Palermo, Villa Crespo or Recoleta area? I've tried Sarah at ladygardens but believe she is no longer here. Would ideally like somebody who doesn't recycle wax it can be a spanish or English speaking place - I don't mind either.Thanks in advance!

For eyebrow waxing, I recommend a place in Belgrano... it´s called "Elisa Depilación." The address is José Hernandez 2420 1A (it´s on the corner of Ave. Cabildo, right by the José Hernandez subway station on the D line). It´s open Monday through Saturday, I believe from 9am - 8pm.
You usually don´t need an appointment (I´ve never had to schedule one), but the phone number is 4788-5901.
I always ask for Tina. She doesn´t speak English (I don´t know if any of them do), but she always does a great job and doesn´t leave my eyebrows too thick or too fine.
