Would anyone be interested in helping me start up a fast food business? I'm looking for someone with experience in this area (not just flipping burgers at MickyD's). I've been working through a load of concepts but the problem with most of them is that they weren't Argentine ones, so there was no guarantee that the Argentines would like them. I have finally found something that is Argentine (albeit from the North), that I know works, and that hasn't got a single outlet in BA, on a shop based basis. The product could be improved enormously, none of the ingredients are difficult to get, its delicious, and the size of the establishment could be tiny to start with if well situated.
I would say maximum start up costs for a couple of establishments (I would like to start with 2 close together for brand reasons would be around $25k. I would be happy to put up 50 to 75% if I find the right partner. Also I would like to know of any tiny/small food establishements for rent near good sized night clubs. Ideally small interiors but good sized pavement exposure (for you property guys).
