Uff I had to cook asado for 20 today in the heat with the heat of the parilla. Great time but that parilla cranks the heat when your cooking on it. 6 years go I determined I would master the parilla. I think I made a mistake because now when it is family asado time they look to me. Ja ajj aj ajja jaa! But I love entertaining friends and family. I may not be the best but I pretty good at it now.
