Feliz Navidad! Will any chinos be open at all?

I just realized that I need more wine for my dinner tonight. And preferably broccoli.

Do we think any chinos will open at some point today/ tonight?

The one on Charcas between Armenia and Malabia was open about 1:00 pm but don't know when it will close.

I went to Bosques de Palermo and saw only chinese people.

Later on Christmas Day, it seemed like at least half of the chinos I went by (in a cab, through Palermo) were open. And several ice cream places. Earlier afternoon, around 2 pm, the same specific chinos were not. By 7 PM, they were.

I think even some Cotos were open (I believe a friend brought something over just purchased at one)/

Cabs were also very easy to come by (throughout the afternoon/evening) with no surcharges.
