Felting Classes?!

Has anyone ever heard of felting classes in Buenos Aires?
I saw some tutorials on the Web on how to make a Cat Cave out of felt, and I believe it would make a nice present for those who have a cat or a cat sheltering association. However my handy skills are poor and it looks like you need a place where to "play" with water and soap, and I don't have such space here (I have a wooden table and a parquet).
