Fireworks?

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know who/what is behind the nightly 10:30 fireworks show in Recoleta? I have an amazing view of it from my apt., and it shakes the windows, it's so close! Just wondering what it's all about....???
 
I don't know, but my guess is Christmas is coming.

(fireworks are tipical here for xmas and new year's)
