In speaking to the wife of the singer ... tonight she said she would call a taxi who will be at my apartment at 9pm to bring me to the Café for this event. I trust it will occur.

As a result -- I hope to see you all there too.

We went and it was an excellent show. The first half was really good and Mickey and the band knocked it out of the park in the second half. In my humble opinion you miss a great show.....if you like Sinatra and Jazz.

For those of you who have been to La Biblioteca before, the wine selection and food were way better than in the past.

One of you asked about attendees -- at one point I counted some 50 people. I saw some more arrive a bit later so there you have it . Mickey and his four piece band did a marvelous job - made many people happy and contented plus the food I thought was quite good.

According to this, the one and only time Ol' Blue Eyes played Argentina, both nights at Luna Park were sold out.

and this argentine, who was there for one of the shows, said there were 15,000 people there.

He also played 3 or 4 sold out shows at a small room at the Sheraton hotel.

It is true the promoter went bankrupt, but not due to lack of attendance.

there is a folklorico ballet at same location as the Sinatra show on Thurs and Fri this week
