CCK has a new reservation system as of a month ago. You need to enter a username and password in order to make reservations for the concerts.
Tuesdays at noon you can reserve tickets for concerts and activities for Thursday to Sunday of the same week.
Thursdays at noon you can reserve tickets for concerts and activities for Tuesday and Wednesday of the following week.
When you reserve online, you receive a reservation confirmation by email for your tickets to claim at least two hours before the concert.
You must present your DNI at the ticket desk. You no longer have to enter information for the other person attending the concert with you, who can also claim the tickets with the reservation number.

That's not a problem. The registration form includes Pasaporte in the options. The concerts at CCK are for all to attend. Once you are registered on the system, you can reserve tickets in advance for concerts.

You receive a reservation number by email which you then present with your passport at the ticket desk at the main entrance of CCK at least two hours before a concert. Doors open 30 minutes before a concert, but the line starts forming an hour or more before the concert on the main floor. It's very well organized. Seats are not assigned, so you can sit where you choose.
