AAAhhhhh une bonne baguette, c'est bon !
I love baguette and its tricky to find good ones.
You can try the restaurant/culinary school called Le petit Vatel on Paraguay more or less near Callao (I know they do authentic croissants au beurre and such things, likely they have baguette and good ones).
Maybe a french guy called Frank Dauffouis or something like this sell some too.
In fact Ive never found a true baguette like in Paris (crispy on the outside with a soft heart), but you can try those (if they sell baguettes, likely they do)
