For our 24/7/365 international contact center 5CA is looking for a French speaking Customer Service Agents to provide support for one of the world’s leading MMO gaming companies.
We are looking for dynamic Customer Support Representatives who have a passion for MMO games and customer service. You will be dealing with passionate players who demand high-quality Customer Service. You will need to demonstrate excellent organizational and prioritization skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
Main tasks of the Customer Support Representative:
• Providing customer support via game interface, e-mail, or other interfaces while adhering to high standards of quality and ethics.
• Responding to customer inquiries, providing complete and accurate responses.
• Efficiently resolving customer complaints and issues while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Identifying issues requiring escalation, ensuring complete resolution.
• Create and/or translate new articles for internal distribution and update existing articles as required.
Requirements
- Excluding
• Fluent French and English
• Knowledge or interest in online gaming.
• Previous experience working within a Customer Support environment or related area.
• Availability from 14:00 to 23:00. Days off: Sun/Mon.
• Being open to work with new technologies and products.
- Preferred
• Additional languages will be much appreciated.
• Experience with computers and technology products.
• Experience in a Customer Service environment, Call Center or an international business setting.
• Flexible as well as strong communication, multitasking and problem solving skills.
