Friday Night Meet Up for Frinks - May 6th

These Fridays seem to come around every week, and what better things to do on a Friday night than meet up with freinds, old and new, for a drink or three. So its got cold, no more frinking afuera (only for the die hard smokers) so what better place to cosy up together than in Treffen bar to hide away from the weather. Treffen is a bar and beer museum, it has a feeling of a German Beer hall (only a feeling though, no ompah bands!), and it's located on Piedras 178, very close to Avenida de Mayo and the centre of the capital. It's very close to the Inter C*ntinental Hotel if that helps. We had such a good time last time we were there so its about time we returned to enjoy the excellent hospitality and good beer (or fernet if you so chose). The night kicks off from around 8.30, but for those who like to come out later, Treffen is one of the few bars that closes around midnight, and we move on to whereever the wind may take us, so make it out before the witching hour. All are welcome to come along, we are an eclectic bunch, and we don't bite (at least not unless the moon is full!).... We're easy to spot, the ones speaking English, but if in doubt, ask Javier behind the bar and he'll point us out.
