Berries are summer fruits. Here it is winter.
Having said that there are blueberries and strawberries out even now. Strawberries are in season when they are everywhere and you actually get a whiff of strawberry smell when you approach the crates. October is a good month. Asparagus, no idea. Cherries in November December but expensive. Cherries are exacting in their climate requirements need almost 2 months of frosty days and then hot dry weather and therefore there is limited planting in Argentina.
