My one bedroom apartment is available for rent as of the 15th of April
in Palermo Soho/Plaza Italia (Darregueyra and Paraguay) I have been
living there for about 5 months and moving back to the US - It is furnished with TV, Cable,
Microwave, Internet, Telephone, Sheets and Towels (Utilities included)
and also has a patio. The rent is US$550/month. It is a very safe
building in a safe neighborhood - In the heart of Palermo Soho, close
to all the bars and restaurants. Also, big plus - close to many buses
and subway (green line). It is perfect for students and young
