Further Violence Against Indigenous, Formoseños

This is horrible, further violence against the Qom people.

Interesting the Kirchner Government (which likes to proclaim its success with human rights and charging those from the Dictadura) is nowhere to be seen on this, as isn´t either (big surprise here) the Provincial government.

The qom claim is at SC. Why should the President interference it as you ask?

The problem is between that community against an university and private owners of land. The qom matacos claim those lands.

The qom are represented at Court by the dream team of the Cels.org

There is no reason for the President to get involved.

The violence is also a criminal court matter.

i just have a question bajo cero, its definitely not related to this (sorry Trennod) but what do you think about the president never getting involved or speaking about the tragedy en once? I'm curious.

Because nothing that goes wrong in the country is her responsibility, and even less that of her predecessor.

But the National Government has already gotten involved (well kind of) by previously claiming to ensure the security of the QoM people and to assist in the resolution of the claims. This includes the security of the people.

I am not sure if that provision of security has come to fruition, but if so it doesnt seem to be working:

Back to my previous point, more importantly it actually does have a responsibility under a few Human Rights Agreements it is signatory to. One of these is the Indigenous and Tribal Peoples Convention (ILO). The UN Human Rights Council seem to agree also:

This is under federal jurisdiction.

The Pro strategy for making Macri wins was to use the victims of Cromagnon to dismiss Ibarra. Is obvious that they might want the same with the victims of once, to use them.

but who cares if its under the federal jurisdiction, she's the president of the country, shouldn't she speak and give her condolences to all the families????
I dont like Macri at all, but i can't believe that she never even spoke about it, I'm sure loads of the people on that train were her supporters, the ones who supported her when nestor died!
when there is a shooting or something awful in a state, the president always speaks, for the families, for the tragedy.
