Hey gang,
Sorry for the double post - but want to reach to as many people as possible. For those who have been scouring the boards, fields and what not to find a place to play footy, here is some information:
"There is a pretty regular expat game that occurs on Monday nights at Ocampo Ortiz, just the other side of the railway tracks in Palermo. To play you need to sign up to the group on Facebook (good for something) the group is called Ocampo Futbol, there are instructions there. All skill levels (gender) are welcome."
The earlier people commit, the better time slot we have (9, 10:30 or 11:30 at night). It's 5 on 5 (there are larger fields if the numbers demand it) and it costs you around 10 pesos for 2 hrs. These are artificial (synthetico) fields - it's a lot of fun and good to get the blood pumping. If you have any questions, you can email me at [email protected] or hit up Martin Parsons on Facebook.
Hope to see some of you there next week.
-Michael
