I’m in contact with a lawyer in BA to get a CDI while I’m in my home country. He will then act as my power of attorney. But to do this he claims I will need a Tax Attorney because it will be necessary to use his tax account.
I have read a bit about getting a CDI, but never heard about this. I thought the power of attorney solely was acting as my proxy, given the right to sign in my name. And not involvig his tax account.
Anybody know about this.
(I don’t think the lawyer has done this before.)
