As I said, we came for my husband's job, for his career, so he can gain the experience he needs to move up faster & in the direction he wants. If that were not the case, if he didn't have this job with this company, we wouldn't have come here. You said "assume he has this job". I'm assuming it's the one he wants to help with his career. All in all it's been a good experience. We are quite happy here although we won't stay forever. Under the propers circumstances, then YES.
Now, having said that, you've seen my other answer. If he doesn't have a job lined up before he got here, I'd say NO.
Ultimately it's up to you. Your life is different from mine.
