Tonight I am going to an after office in Zona Norte called Darwin, it's a great place at the hipodromo de San Isidro and before eat a burger at pepino.I will probally leave around 6.30 with the Mitre line from Retiro.
Darwin is huge and it's about 99,99% upper and upper middle class Argentines who go out. Untill 9.30 it's free entry and 2x1. Prices are slightly cheaper then similar places in Capital. For me personally it's the best place during the week to go out.
Place is officially plus 25 and you must be well dressed. Dress code is elegant sport.
The way home you got basically 3 options if you dont have a car
1: Cab, about 100 peso prolly to Palermo
2: 60 or a combination of 60 and 152/130. Takes about 30 minutes to go from there to Palermo
3: taking the train back at 0.10, station is about 15 minute walk away. For me it's a bit early and I probally go for the 2 option and often ask someone to drop me off closer to Capital, something that useally works well.
