My fav sushi is actually in Chinatown 
There's a little market called CASA CHINA and they sell an uncut sushi roll... at first, I thought it was a little weird, but now I just love it. You go there, grab the roll and can just open it and eat it while walking and chatting. So practical. Besides being big, filling and having lots of variety, it only costs 18 pesos (the vegetarian ones cost less).
