Good Time To Buy An Apartment?

There will be a recession. Fact is that Argentina has been growing unstoppably since 2003, now, these last years, showing its limits, its deficences. The time this country grew longer was 1965-75, so we are know in our limit, 11 years, as I said, forcing the engine, with inflation, restrictions, etc. What will sure happen is a devaluation, and then recession, what we call un AJUSTE, which means, low inflation, which means, money worthing more, which means, less money on the streets, less consumption, less activity, and more power to the dollar. Thats what will happen, because the three candidates better positioned for 2015 are from centre right and thats what the right wants, its recepies.

It says that there has no been investment in education and this is the government that invested the most in education in the past 50 years, 6.5% of GDP, while others, like Alianza, Duhalde or Menem invested 2%.
So the kirchnerist cycle is going to end, we cant continue like this, but it is hard to continue with that road of full employment level (easy to say) great social inclusion, subsidies, AUH and other social plans, consumption, expanding the local market, + 2 million new jubilados (easy to say), etc.

I would say this article written by Oppenhimer is the usual right wing critic, but does not even qualify, its just a simple lie. You should take a look at the million articles written by these people, these economists, like Prat Gay, Oppenheimer, et al, the zillion times they appeared in tv in 2001 applauding the measures taken by the government, predicting good times because the government followed what the right wanted, what the IMF wanted, did what the banks wanted, everyone predicted a happy ending, stabiity, growth, end of recession, employment.... nobody calculated that they could have taken all the money away, and the worst crisis in 200 houndred years.
