By the way, this is what the "police state" of CABA looks like in comparison to other cities around the world. Less police per capita than Stockholm, Copenhagen, Sao Paulo or Caracas... meaning maybe those who resent the level of policing here are left with very few options after all aside from Baku or Karachi... ;)
