Dreadful journalism.
Incoherent, error strewn ramblings with zero substance. Yes, most of us agree the current administration is damaging the country, OK, but the content here is very poor. Hiding among the poor grammar and clumsy phrases is what exactly? The idea the people aren't overly enamoured with the image of Argentina abroad?
Argentina has long been viewed as a country of brilliant individuals with dreadful leadership. Not a new development.
Quotes?, sources?, figures?, a new angle?...correct use of English? Is this some weird experiment in steam of conscious writing,.. unfiltered and unedited.
The following quote is particularly lazy.
"There may be many foreign students writing deeply thought essays about the “dirty war” and the 70s, given that it holds renown as a gruesomely attractive topic, but they are unable to give you a full sentence about the political and economic circumstances in Argentina."
The current plight of Argentina is well understood by those who have an interest in Latin American politics and I am very certain that most ofthe current academic focus is on post crisis Argentina and it's relavance to a variety of European countries today.
