Hi Everyone,
I am from NYC and I live here for about half the year. I found a new resturant that just opened. It is a very small place and sits about 25 people. It has a little bit of a rustic vibe to it, but don't let that fool you, the food is amazing. I have been there 3 times in 3 weeks.
When I saw NYC style I mean like Nobu or the other really high end expensive resturants in Soho or the meat packing district. The presentation of the food is an art in itself. I had rabbit the first night, lomo the second night and salmon, which I usual hate but I didn't know it was salmon. They were all amazing. The nme of the place is Aramburu and it is just outside San Telmo on the other side on 9 de Julio. It is still pretty new, they have a website and take reservations only right now. http://www.arambururesto.com the number is 4305-0439.
Let me know if you go and what you think.
